Time Less

the square wheel bumps along an old cracked road
spring greens push up stone
a worn out chariot dissolves before the smoky gate
i see my watch has exploded backwards
shattering time into fragments of light
i am late waiting for the dreaming dog
the deep throated train in the night
to bring me back into the endless circle of now
